[Supras] Diff rebuild options??

We've found that the pinion bearing and side bearings need to be replaced in the spare diff. I installed a few weeks ago. There's a clunking sound and turning the driveshaft flange feels gritty, not smooth like it should and a good amount of play in the side flanges. I installed this unit because my stock diff. was slipping but it felt fine before install, possibly from sitting and rust broke free after 1 event of use.
So it'd be quicker to replace the clutches in the original which is still smooth/within tolerance. Pricing for new clutches/plates (all 10) was however ~$200 not including a new spring, seals and other misc. parts. (this was employee pricing) Does anyone know if there is another manufacturer of clutches for our diffs? I need to find a solution, I realize rebuilding will be temporary as it'll just slip again in a racing application but I need something fairly quick. I've missed this weeks events and have points events the next 5 weeks so I'd like to repair this as soon as I can.
I've also looked at the option of a torsen but to use one of these you'll need the JDM axle shafts so it's not a bolt in unit with the stock length axles and CV's. If anyone has other clutch manufacturers please let me know. The wear pattern looks pretty good, slight run off but wide contact in the middle of the gear so it should be fine to check backlash, mark and remove for clutch replacement w/o having to setup again.
Thanks for any help,
Brian W
