[Supras] Help! Idle cutoff cycle

Jeff:

    Disconnecting the ISC was almost the first thing I did.  The 
oscillation did not stop.  Either the valve is jammed open. one winding 
of the stepper motor is open, or the signals from the ECU are not 
getting to it.  That will be a job to undertake after HG replacement, 
slated for this coming week since the salt mine is shut down.  I'm 
adapting a small DC gearhead motor to a 10" diameter lapping plate to 
refinish the block deck.  The head will be from the JDM rebuild I never 
finished (the head itself was blanchard ground and I did the valves 
here. including spring shims and surface grinding some bucket shims to 
get the correct clearance.
