Not the owner's manual itself, but my Acura had a separate card with the radio codes in the pouch along with the owner's manual.  Take a look.

Silly question... Doesn't the owner's manual on the car give the default unlock code for the factory radio? If it doesn't, then shame on Honda. If you or your daughter reset the default code with one of your own and now have forgotten it, shame on YOU!

Either way, shame on WalMart!

My daughter had her oil changed at Walmart. They
disconnected the battery for some reason and the radio
went into it's anti-theft mode. 

This is on a 2000 Honda Civic. 

I told her to take it to the dealer. They told her I
would have to be there 'cause the car is registered to
me. She lives about an hour and a half away. I can do
it, but.... 

Any ideas?
