Were they going to remove the radio to do this? That is how you had to get
the codes before.
If the radio is still in the car you are talking to an idiot and try to
contact his boss or a different dealer.
My local store just required a copy of the title and I assume the names
match so what is the big deal? It sounds like someone is on a power trip

My daughter had her oil changed at Walmart. They
disconnected the battery for some reason and the radio
went into it's anti-theft mode.
This is on a 2000 Honda Civic.
I told her to take it to the dealer. They told her I
would have to be there 'cause the car is registered to
me. She lives about an hour and a half away. I can do
it, but....
Any ideas?
