[Supras] Lexus AFM + 550cc injector head scratcher

I'm pretty certain that we've discussed this topic previously but I'll weigh in
nonetheless.

I have been using the Lex/550/AFPR setup with no additional electronics for
maybe 4~5 years to 15psi without any negative affects.  I am certainly not drag
racing or the like but the car operates wonderfully and passes WI dyno emission
testing.  I only monitor with a dual probe EGT setup & boost gauge mounted in
the cockpit.  I suppose it would be better to use a wideband but I've not found
the need to do so.
