[Supras] Need help with engine

 I drove my 91 Turbo to Nashville, TN from Charleston, SC. This car has never drank oil but drank 3 qts on my way here. It is not running very well at the moment and now has a valve seal leak and exhaust manifold leak. (I just had the automatic tranny rebuilt and a new radiator installed, so it no longer reheats.) My father wants to completely overhaul the engine for me but after he checked with a local dealership, they wanted between $5-6,000 to overhaul it. They also told him that they would not guarantee the work due to aftermarket mods. (Level 4 completion of Reg Reimer setup.) I am open for suggestions as to what I should do. This car will not make it back to Charleston the way it is running. Should I get a reman engine, a 1JZ or 2JZ ? What are my options here and what kind of money are we talking ? I am open to any and all suggestions. TIA.
