On my 89 Supra, the driver's side window control are giving me a bit of
an issue. The driver's window goes up and down just fine, the passenger
side is fine with going down, it up that works about 50% of the time.
Like I have to push up on the window switch, wait a second, say a
prayer, then hit it again and THEN the window goes up. I'm not hearing
any crazy noise or anything if that helps. 

The passenger switch has never worked, so I am wondering if I just need
to clean off the contacts, get a new switch, motor or what. Easy job? 

Any pointers would be great as I would love to have both windows down
along with the targa off, as having one up and one down makes it look
pretty silly.
