Agree with everything Bernie has said, though we always assemble with cams
off the head, and use a Tap to clean out the threads before putting the
studs in. We found a nice 1/4 drive from a cheap socket set that fits a
treat with no need to shave the socket.
Also, if your not using the Moly lube, then a 30w motor oil will do, though
Torque values are + 35%
