[Supras] upgraded BOV

Many thanks to Mike Bringle, Jeff Mohler, and others who have provided 
information about the Porsche BOV for use with a 57 trim turbo. 

If possible, a part number or some other means of identifying the 
correct part would be apprecated.  There is at least one Bosch BOV on 
ebay, but no application information is given.  Of course I could run 
two stock BOVs in parallel, but the piping would resemble a plumber's 
nightmare.
