[Supras] Head Bolt torque

Also if "slip" equals a snap..youre checking torque absolutely wrong.
70ft lbs means tighten to 70ftlbs while MOVING.
The static torque on a 59lb bolt can be way over 70 to make it MOVE.
Losen it 1/4 turn, THEN torque it.
