[Supras] Head Bolt torque

I removed my valve covers and cleaned the gunk from the center cover.
I figured while I was in there, I'd check the torque on the head bolts.
Spec is 59 ft-lbs, many, many people have told me to go to 70-80 to try
to avoid head gasket problems.

ALL the head bolts are over 70 ft-lbs, except one: #13, exhaust side
closest to the firewall. It didn't budge until 65 Ft-Lbs. Evry time I
get near 70, it 'slips', and slips again, and slips some more. I don't
dare turn it any more for fear of breaking it. It takes 62-65 ft lbs to
budge it, a friend of mine who was a Toyota Factory Rep says, It's over
59, leave it!

I think I'll take his advice.
