The Khumo Ecsta Supras SUCK. Had a set and hated them within the first week of buying them. I had the Khumo MX's before that and they were ok.

I highly recommend the Toyo Proxes 4 or Proxes T1R. I have the Proxes 4 on my MK2 and LOVE them (235/40 17" frt & 255/40 17" rr)! EXCELLENT dry and wet weather traction. Same with the T1R's that I have on the MK3. Quiet ride and awesome performance and longevity. I've had the Proxes 4 on my MK2 for a little over 2 years and they still have about half the tread left.

Here's some info on the Proxes 4...

And the T1R's...

Discount doesn't carry them, at least not here in AZ. Had to get them through another local tire distributor. Was able to get them for ~$125 per tire with our local Supra club discount. Probably cheaper for the Proxes 4.

You won't be disappointed!!

Subject: [Supras] TIRE Recomendation

I know the tire question has been asked many times so please forgive me for
asking it again.

I'm looking at tires from SAM's Club. I don't want to spend too much on
tires but I'd like some somewhat decent tires for the rain and dry roads
here in Florida.

Anyone has any experience with BF Goodrich® g-Force T/A KDWS - 225/50ZR16
ORBL tires? Costs about $118. per tire.

Or, can anyone recomend any other tires that Sam's Club carry?

Thanks very much for not screaming at me for not searching the archives
first.

My tires are not bald, they're just old and cracked and leaking.
