[Supras] spedometer replacement

I think you can replace the defective unit as long as it's documented.. For 
example, AZ notes on your title that your odometer is not accurate (I forget 
their wording, but it covers everything from broken to beyond limits)... I'd 
ask your state DMV what you have to do.
