[Supras] Turbo Mounting Nuts Loose

Installed brand new studs and nuts from Jeff Watson during the rebuild a few months ago. I noticed leaking exhaust sounds early last week and have been losing oil more rapidly of late and suspected the turbo. When I pulled it off Sunday basically all of the nuts on turbo mounting and down pipe were loose.

Also, anyone have suggestions for CT-26 rebuild or replacement sources?
