If your r12 is low, the compressor clutch won't kick in. If you dont turn
on the ac once a while in the winter, the oil seals in the compressor will
start leaking...letting the r12 out.  Usually throwing a can in will start
up the compressor.   Since your still using r12...good luck.You can
probably borrow a ac guage set at your autoparts store to see how much r12
is still in your system.  To test the compressor clutch, just take a
jumper wire and give the clutch some power.  It should kick in and start
turning.  Might be a good time to go ahead and retro fit to 134.
