[Supras] eibachs?

Judging from the few responses I got to the eibachs  they are sounding 
pretty good. They are on sale at the suprastore for 199.00.
Is it a fair statement? to say that they are not the ultimate set up like 
going with coilovers like Teinflex but for just a street car they do really 
well and end up saving a bunch of cash.
