[Supras] Best intercooler ambient airflow alternative

Just did a qualitative examination of the underside of the front end.
It appears that closing up the space from the front bumper to the frame
rail in front of the IC will be the best bet, allowing air out of the IC
but without the pressure drop of the A/C condensor and the radiator.
As usual, opinions appreciated. Thanks.
