[Supras] Best intercooler ambient airflow alternative

Just would like to get a consensus as to how to cool the IC the best.  I 
have not yet installed the engine bottom cover, and will probably need 
to make up some type of foam seal to the bottom of the Treadstone IC 
since it is not as high at the oil cooler end as the stocker.  Is use of 
the whole bottom engine cover best, or is just a part of it to force air 
through the grille into the IC the best?  I do not intend getting into 
any antics with the A/C on, so the radiator fan and auxiliary cooling 
fans can suck air through the condenser and radiator.
