Bernie,

The Spearco IC does not require relocation of either the stock oil cooler or
the PS cooler.

Subject: [Supras] Aftermarket intercooler size

In making plans for installation of a Spearco or similar intercooler,
the oil cooler will need to be moved. Additionally, the '91 has finned
tube power steering coolers. The '91 came from Houston. I don't know
if only those sold in the south had PS coolers. My former '90 always
lived in NJ and had no PS cooler. I'd like to keep the PS cooler if not
too troublesome.

Any installation information and relocating the oil and PS coolers would
be appreciated. If a longer IC with connections on opposite ends will
be better despite the extra piping, I can still go that route as well.
I'll be keeping the stock routing of air over the cam covers, maybe
later with a modified 3000 pipe or something else larger like the HKS
pipe. Right now I'm in the process of making up 2-1/4" thinwall steel
tubing hardpipes. Mods include 550cc injectors, 57 trim CT26, Lex,
modified adjustable stock FPR, Walbro, 3" turbo back single cat exhaust,
Raptor BOV, 15 PSI boost at the intake plenum.

Take care and have a Merry Christmas.

BernieK
