I just bought a Koyo radiator, and it has 4 screw locations in the top (three on the left, 
close together next to the inlet neck) and one on the far right.  It has 2 screw locations 
on the bottom.  One on a stand-off on the left, and one flush with the lower tank on the 
right.

I don't recall where all that is on the OEM one at the moment.  I'll look when I swap in 
the Koyo after Christmas.
