Okay, you guys are all starting to scare me about the whole pulley deal.  As some of you may know, my kid's N/A previously belonged to an unbelievable hack, who, among many other bad things, tried to remove the dampener/pulley with a crow bar. Since they don't come off sideways, he broke a half-quarter size divot out of the rear edge of it...the part that keeps your belt from wrapping around the crank shaft if it comes loose. I was going to run it like this, since I'm a bit tired of hemorrhaging money at it, right now. I'm not going to race but I do like a smooth-running engine. I know it's balanced and all, but how bad is this going to screw me up? (PS Anybody want to sell me a good, used stock pulley?)
