[Supras] Noisy injectors

Last night's noise examination turned up noisy injectors.  It turns out
that the 550cc ND injectors are large enough in diamter that the bodies
lay up against the fuel rail, such that the connector cannot be turned. 
Despite use of the stock steel and plastic spacers, enough noise is
telegraphed into the fuel rail and into the top of the head to make it
sound as if the intake valves are noisy.

Hope this is of help to others who may have had a similar problem.
