[Supras] Electrical Problem

Hey,
   
  Please explain this one to me.  I tried to start my 1991 Supra the other day and it would not turn over..  I charged my battery (it is a garage queen) and tried again with no luck.  I took the battery to Sears to have them run a diagnostics check and it was fine.  I went home and then noticed the following.
    
   Sometimes I have interior lights and other times I have none or very dim ones  
   When I turn the key to the accessories setting, sometimes I get power to the radio, HVAC, dash, etc.... other times they are all dead or very dim.  
   If I have power to the dash, radio, etc... and try to start it, it does totally dead..no power to anything.
  Should I focus on the cables from the battery, the ignition switch, starter, or something else?
