Platinum thru Iridium are designed as good plugs that dont have to be changed as often.
If you want the best performance but dont mind swapping plugs every 10k miles, go copper. otherwise get Platinum/Iridium get a hair less performance but only have to touch the plugs like every 50-75k miles
