[Supras] 57 trim turbo with clipped turbine wheel

OOOoooh I forgot about that - Steven's ebay special
turbine housing flange had a dip around the top of it.
Guess China copied it that well.  We filled the dip
with a Mig and smoothed it on a belt sander.  Probably
$20 US to have someone fix it for you.  So $170 for
elbow and downpipe vs what, $200 for a cast elbow from
SS?
