[Supras] Thermostat question

their post stated that the thermostat closed while driving and ONLY opened
when you stopped. I said it opened when engine reached operating
temperature. I never said it DIDN'T close when the coolant cooled off too
much. hot summer, it will pretty much open and stay open until the car is
parked for a while.
yes you are right that it is there to keep the engine in a set temperature
range.
