I think what is going on is that it is a hybrid which means the engine 
dosent run at idle only eletric.  They probably haveto put it on a dyno to 
let the engine run.  Either that or turn a/c on, either way there would be 
load on vehicle while testing.  The obd2 test is run koeo and koer so you 
have to test it while engine running the load diffrence may be why they are 
failing.  This is just an assumption but I have yet to see a hybrid that you 
can command engine on.
