[Supras] bureaucracy: Toyota but off topic

My recollection of emissions testing before I moved just outside the metro Atlanta area where I no longer have emissions testing requirement was 1996 and newer plugged into OBD2 for trouble codes. Anything older was subjected to the dyno testing.

Before they ditched the emissions testing in my area in '05,
they plugged in to the OBD port for anything '96 and newer.
Is GA that behind the times?
