[Supras] bureaucracy: Toyota but off topic

This is enough to make anyone spit blood.  Not about Supras, but about 
another Toyota product, the Prius.  If you have one, it will ALWAYS fail 
emissions inspection BY DESIGN in Georgia, for which the owner needs to 
pay an "aborted test" fee.  See
