[Supras] headlight motors etc

I wish it was that easy..they work fine when I go thru the IR#2 test
procedures.

The headlight motors work fine, they go up and down as they should, every
time.
However, the lights do not come on.
The headlight relay is not getting its trigger.
If I trigger that relay by hand (remove relay cover) the lights go on and
off just fine.

So..I mis-spoke my issue, the motors work fine, the relay is not triggered
and the lights themselves do not come on.

Ive tried a working IR#2, I have a brand new complete headlight/signal
stalk.
