[Supras] Bilstein shock height adjustment??

Can anyone tell me exactly how the varying height adjustment on the
Bilstein replacement shocks works? I realize the perch can be moved
vertically but does the shock have groves machined and a clip to hold
the perch or is there some other method? I've been trying to find this
out online and through pics but no luck so far.

I'm considering putting together an adjustable setup using their sleeve
kit but wasn't sure if it would work with the off the shelf pieces. They
offer many shocks in the same dia. as ours (46mm) that are already
machined for coilover sleeves but they come in a range of strokes,
valving and configurations so I may have to use the specified fitment.
