It's my understanding that the police won't do it anymore unless there 
is a child inside....around here any way.  Supposedly, it was taking 
business away from the tow truck companies.

I'd get a wire coat hanger, and scrape up some patience from someplace. 
  I've never opened a Supra, but I've opened up my, now totaled, 2004 
Malibu..... made all kinds or racket afterwards just like the Supra will.
