I think mine is similar in performance but has a 15 gallon tank and works fine for no more than I do in my shop. The only time I run out of capacity is with the die grinder which requires a few seconds of rest to let it build up pressure again.
You may want to consider a larger tank and a higher CFM (usually associated with larger motor) if you're going to use it for grinding or continuous duty applications.
IMHO for car repairs with impacts, and air wrenches etc it should do the trick nicely.
