[Supras] Help in diagnosing strange sound and AC conversionupdate.

I have a similar sound right now.  I have replaced the pulley tensioner at 
least 2 times (286k miles) and might need to do so again.  My sound is not 
constant, and I can only hear it at idle.  That's not to say that it isn't 
screaming at other rpms.
