[Supras] Fun in the sun MOD

I know of a case in which a 24 yr old girl drove through puddles after a 
heavy rain in OC.  Hosed people at 5 bus stops on Ocean Hwy.  The Mayor was 
behind her, called the police, and followed her.  A $275 fine and 2 points 
were at risk.  Good thing she was sober.  The case never made it to court.  
The inside scoop was that the DA complained that the Mayor was on his own 
little power trip.

Sometimes we are saved by political incest.
