[Supras] Koyo Radiator...

The radiator itself does not act like a wall.
The fan shroud is to optimize the fan pulling air through
the radiator (not direct it towards the motor - if so the
shrould would be extended towards/around the motor. Take
your box fan example and remove the box. What happens?
You should replace it.
The mech clutch should work fine. Mine does. If it's not it
has either failed or has been rebuilt improperly.
