[Supras] Koyo Radiator...

Well, I've seen several posts on SF about it but didn't believe it till the condition started after the Koyo install.  On the other hand, I would have kept the mechanical fan over electrics but the car felt 10x better not having the drag of the fan on all the time.

Im having trouble accepting why being closer to the core would cause the 
mechanical fan to always be engaged. Is this a commonly accepted statement?
Maybe in city congestion which I avoid.
I havent experienced that with other cars. Seems like if thats possible it 
wouldnt be much of a factor at hwy speeds with all the air blowing in 
anyways.
