[Supras] Clutch feels weird

Hi,
     When I depress the clutch pedal, I get a slightly bumpy feel in the
resistance of the clutch pedal as I depress it down to where I begin to
shift. In other words, as I depress the pedal downwards to where I will
shift, it isn't a smooth travel, it resists a little more, then a little
less... almost kind of a spongy feel, if that makes sense. Is this a sign
of low fluid in the master cylinder?
