Is the really big one and goes off the positive side straight to the
starter, not near the junction box.  Do you have an after market alarm or
radio?  My total parasitic draw is 33mA about 0.033A.  If 0.04 Amps is your
total draw that is normal and won't drain down your battery unless it really
sucks, or you leave it for a long time.  That is 1Ah draw in 25 hours.  So
even over a month you still should be in good shape.

the only blue wire in the TSRM on the positive of the battery is supposed to

goto the starter. maybe yer starter is shorting out.
