[Supras] CygnusX1 Update

Finally I got the web counter up again.  I had to reparse logs back to 2001
to put into the new system.  But now an automated process will run once a
day and update the counter.  It will also send me a nice little report so I
can fix any broken things.  So the total is 12.7 million as of March 31st!
Thank you all for your support, and glad I can be of service.  In the coming
months I will be expanding the EPC to include more cars, and trying to add
some more tech tips, and of course trying to keep my baby running.  Such is
the life of a Supra owner.
