[Supras] exhaust clamp

that doesn't come close to a V band in sealing ability.  I've never used 
them on any of the cars i've built, but i've seen them on cars that have 
come in the shop 90% of the time they show signs of leaking around them, the 
other 10% they have been welded in solid
