[Supras] Ignition Setup(MSD)

Anyone that has installed an MSD 6AL w/ a blaster 2 coil in a 7M-GE have you heard of this: When I installed it with the proper tach adaptor, I started up my car and the tach bounces at idle for the first 10-20 minutes of driving. I can also, hear and feel what i think are misfires, only at idle though. Then after that 10-20 mins, it stops and everything is normal. And plus through all of this the exhaust smelsl like i am running a little rich, or is that normal after upgrading the exhaust? I can't figure out why it does this after i installed it on two previous cars, one being a 1990 Celica 1.6L and never had this kind of problem. Anyone that has any ideas can you help me out.
