[Supras] New CygnusX1 Announcement

They show up locally for me and through my neighbors wireless.  If you guys
have problems send me the links directly that are going bad and I can use
them to look through the log to try to track it down.  Your IP would help
too if you aren't too paranoid :).

well i got the earlier message about it, and the new site looks great.   I 
couldn't get any of the TSRM images to show though  ... maybe its just me.
