[Supras] More Brake caliper stuff

Since we're on the subject, I have a good one for you guys.
A few years ago, I went through all four calipers. I can't recall for
sure, but I think one was leaking so I rebuilt them. Ever since, I have
a rattle in the right front and I found that the caliper seems loose on
the pins. At first, I replaced all the pins and their hardware. Same
thing. In addition, I have a pedal that needs one good pump before they
come up to the top. I found out that the when you hit the brake, the
piston is making it's way all the way back into the caliper. Thus, each
time you hit the brake, you have to move the piston all that way again.
I'd seen this before. Usually, it's a rolled o-ring. So, I bought a
new kit and rebuilt it again, being very careful this time.
Now, this is by no means the first set of calipers I've rebuilt in my
life but, for whatever reason, it was fine for about a day and it was
back to doing it again. I can't think of anything that could be wrong
with the caliper or the piston that would cause that. I messed with
that thing on the bench after I put it back together and it worked fine.
Just wanted to throw that out and see what you guys thought.
