[Supras] E85 retrofit

It's been done on a MKIIIT on Supraforums.  Look for posts by a guy named 
"figgie".  He never seems to give out much info at a time, but if you look 
through multiple posts you can get a glimmer of the fact that he's either 
built a big power monster or is a master at looking shit up and claiming to 
have.  Not sure which I believe, no evidence one way or the other, although 
he does tend to have his facts and thoughts pretty well researched and 
supported.

One of the big problems is finding a fuel pump that's compatible with 
alcohol.  He ended up using a very high $$ Weldon pump.  He also needed a 
standalone to tune the whole setup because of the different energy content 
of alcohol vs. gasoline.
