[Supras] 88 Auto Trans - Swap ALL the fluid

Thanks Jeff, for the advice to swap ALL the fluid.  Any suggestions on how to do this?  Just keep draining and refilling?  

Seems like I am getting conflicting advise.  Save the fluid, swap the fluid. 
To save or swap, that is the question!  (Too late to save, its GONE)
