[Supras] Progressive PPS years??

The idle up valve was on all years.  

The PPS as noted, was 89+.  You will also need the PPS computer which plumbs into the speed sensor
wiring and is mounted in the RH kick panel.  Complete details here. Without the wiring hooked up,
the steering will be full firm and very hard to turn at low speeds.
