[Supras] needing parts to go turbo

And no oil feed or drain for the turbo...and no drilled holes (much
less tapped) for the knock sensors.

Knock sensor solution is simple, oil feed/drain is simple for someone
who knows their way around a machine shop.  No squirters isnt an issue
for 99% of the list.
