[Supras] '89MKIIIT Oil Pressure guage

Hi,
     I think I am noticing that the Oil Pressure guage is showing lower
readings than it did a year ago. I know that they are notoriously
inaccurate, but what about consistent? In other words, can I suspect lower
oil pressure just because the guage is reading a little lower or are these
guages SO bad that they lack precision as well as accuracy? That is, do
they get less and less accurate as time goes on?
