I bought one at a local Harbor Freight tool store.  You can't go wrong with one of these!!!

You will need a breaker bar with a cheater bar on it to break the bolt loose.  Oh, and a second person to hold one of the bars while ya break it loose.  But be sure to have something under the pipe's bar to protect the belt ribs on the crank pulley!!

Is the oil pan off? How about wedge a piece of wood between the crankshaft
counterweight lobe and the inside of the block, isolate the engine from
spinning on the stand and apply a long breaker bar?

I've heard that before... that impacts won't get it off. Don't worry you're
not the only one.

I would try the bolt method as a start...or get the SST if you're super
desperate.
